COURSE OVERVIEW
This course, based on Dr. John Hattie’s book The 10 Mindframes for Visible Learning, is designed to empower educators with practical strategies and insights to enhance their teaching effectiveness. Through 10 comprehensive sections, participants will explore what the Visible Learning research teaches educators about the most important influencers of student achievement and what mindframes teachers can adopt to maximize student success. The modules follow the framework presented in the 10 Mindframes for Visible Learning text and each contain a video introduction by well-known Visible Learning professional developer, Dave Nagle, and include an applied assignment that requires application of the key chapter concept and a check for understanding. Upon completion of the course, the participant will understand what comprises the internationally recognized body of Visible Learning research, how to diagnose and apply appropriate researched-based practices in classroom settings, and how to evaluate and adjust those practices for maximum instructional impact.
