Sponsors - 2026 UTINFOSEC Conference

The UTINFOSEC Conferences offer a unique opportunity for a select number of exhibitors and partners to engage with information security, IT, and IT audit professionals from the 13 institutions of the University of Texas System. With 100–150 attendees, each conference is an intimate, high-impact event.

Sponsoring the UTINFOSEC Conference provides valuable on-site visibility and engagement opportunities, allowing your organization to connect directly with cybersecurity professionals, showcase your solutions, and strengthen your brand throughout the event.

To become a sponsor, click the Sponsor Application button to select your sponsorship opportunities and submit to utinfosec@iemshows.com.

All sponsorship opportunities are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to approval. Once your application has been reviewed and approved, the primary point of contact listed on the application will receive a confirmation email outlining the sponsorship opportunities your organization has secured. All badge holders included in the application will receive separate email confirmations once their registrations have been processed by the planning team.

The UTINFOSEC Conferences are jointly funded by the University of Texas System and vendor support, with each contributing approximately 50% of the total budget. The University of Texas System’s substantial subsidy forms the foundation of our funding, enabling University of Texas institution staff to attend at no cost—while still delivering high-quality content and experiences.

To supplement this core funding, we offer exhibitor and partnership opportunities to vendors. All vendors have equal access to support various elements of the conference on a first-come, first-served basis, and all funds are directed into the general conference budget.

We maintain strict ethical guidelines: exhibitors and partners do not influence conference content or receive preferential treatment beyond the agreed-upon visibility in their selected package. This balanced approach allows us to deliver an exceptional conference experience while ensuring transparency and upholding the integrity of the event.
