! Failure to abide by classroom policies will result in removal from classroom spaces without refund.

Students attending Vendor hosted in-person or online classes must adhere to the following: 

  • Payment in full for each class is required prior to the class.
  • Smoking is not allowed within Aramsco facilities.
  • We recommend keeping departures from the class at a minimum to reduce the disruption of your learning and the learning of others. 
  • For online classes we recommend: 
    • Use of a device with a working camera and microphone, along with a strong internet connection. 
    • Participate from a static location (other than a vehicle) that is quiet, free from disturbances, and allows for full concentration on the class instructor and content.
    • Keep your device muted until you would like to speak to minimize background noise for the speaker and for the class. 
    • Do not attend class while driving, or as a passenger in a moving vehicle. 
  • If you cannot attend your scheduled class, we request you notice education@aramsco.com as soon as possible.

When using flight travel for classes, we highly recommend using flexible/refundable flight tickets to avoid conflicts. Aramsco is not responsible for any travel-related losses involving travel or accommodation costs. If you have travel concerns, please reach out to education@aramsco.com before registering for your class.
