PAYMENT METHODS
We accept American Express, Visa, and MasterCard via online registration.
The course registration fee includes access to all scientific sessions, meals and breaks as listed on the agenda, and continuing medical education (CME) credits. All other costs associated with participation in the course (travel, accommodations, and expenses) are the responsibility of the attendee.
Please note: Virtual attendance includes participation for 1 registrant. Each registrant must sign in on a separate computer to receive credit. We will provide further information about the log-in process before the course.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For a full refund, cancel your registration by close of business on Wednesday, January 13, 2027. Cancellations received after this date will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee. No‐shows will not receive a refund. If you selected in-person attendance, you may transfer your registration to virtual attendance at no cost.

FORE reserves the right to cancel this program due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund of registration fees will be given to participants. FORE will not be responsible for travel expenses incurred by the participant in the unlikely event that the program is canceled.
