Scholarship Information

We have set aside funds to provide scholarships for those that need assistance with travel and hotel. If you are interested in applying, please read this section carefully and make note of the deadline and award dates.

Scholarship funds are designated solely for hotel and travel expenses, with registration fees remaining the responsibility of the applicant. Should the number of applications exceed the available funds, scholarships will be awarded according to the following priority criteria:

1. Guests attending XLH Day for the first time.
2. Guests who have never received financial assistance from the Network.
3. Guests who have not received Network support within the past two years.
4. Guests who received Network assistance within the last year.

IMPORTANT DATES

• Applications for scholarships will be accepted beginning June 23rd, 2026.
• Last day to apply for a scholarship is July 15th, 2026.
• Scholarship recipients will be notified by July 23rd, 2026.
• Scholarships must be accepted by July 31st, 2026, or they will go to the next person on the waiting list.
