ROOM RATE

Rates are available three days before and after the conference dates based on availability. The cut-off date for reservations at the GBA rate is Monday, Sept. 28 at 11:00am. Rooms may sell out before that date.

GBA's negotiated nightly rate is $189/night for a Studio Double Queen Room.

Daily Resort Service Fee: Sea Palms Resort offers a number of amenities.  Our negotiated resort fee is $10.00 per night plus 7% tax.  Amenities include:

• Bicycle rental
• Afternoon tea and cookies
• Self-parking

To receive GBA's rate and to book online, click here. The rate published on the booking website includes the $10 per room per night resort fee.  Please contact the hotel directly at reservations@seapalms.com if you have any questions or issues using the group reservation link.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION

A credit card guarantee is required to complete your reservation. A deposit of the first night room & tax will apply.  A 14-day cancellation notice is required to cancel individual reservations for full refund of deposits made. Reservation cancellations made within 14 days of arrival date will be charged liquidated damages equal to one night's room & tax.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m.
