General Information - Exhibitors and Sponsorships 2026

To our educational partners, we appreciate your desire to participate in CAGT's 48th Annual Conference, Cultivate the Extraordinary. This year we will be returning to the Embassy Suites in Loveland, and all exhibitors will again be in the hallways where the coffee and dessert breaks are located, as well as general conference traffic. There will be times for attendees to network and visit the exhibitors. Our participants include over 800 educators, administrators, parents, and advocates from across the Rocky Mountain region and beyond.

*All Exhibitor Fees include your information in conference media throughout the event, free WiFi, electricity, and lunch for both days for up to two registered exhibitors. Also, there is a link from Embassy Suites for shipping information to the hotel and there is loading dock for easy access to setup in the hallways.

*Exhibitor Fees:

1 table including WiFi and electricity: $499 (main or side hallways)
2 tables including WiFi and electricity: $599 (main or side hallways)
Non-Profit fee is $349 for one table and you must be a 501(c)(3) to qualify for this fee.

**NEW THIS YEAR - you will NOT sign up your co-exhibitors in this step of the process. You will receive an email by September for more information to add your exhibitors, upload your company/organization logo, and such.

Sponsorship Items:

Conference Event Designs and Print Materials: signage in all conference print and media, logo in Mobile App, one free vendor table, and two free conference registrations to be used by the registered exhibitors - $2000.
Mobile App: signage in all conference print and media, logo in Mobile App, one free vendor table, and two free conference registrations to be used by the registered exhibitors - $2500. Thank you DU Morgridge College of Education for your continued support of our annual conference.
Keynote Sponsor: signage in all conference print and media, logo in Mobile App, one free vendor table, two free conference registrations to be used by the registered exhibitors, and the option to introduce the Keynote speaker - $3000.
Keynote Dinner: signage in all conference print and media, logo in Mobile App, one free vendor table, one free conference registration to be used by the registered exhibitor, and the option for one person to attend the Keynote dinner - $1850.
WiFi for both days for all attendees: signage in all conference print and media, one free conference registration to be used by the registered exhibitor, and your site on the Splash Page - $1500. Thank you to University of Northern Colorado for continuing to support our annual conference!
Snack break on Monday afternoon: signage in all conference print and media, one free vendor table, and two free conference registrations to be used by the registered exhibitors - $2500* (the fee to co-sponsor is $1250, but does not include a free vendor table nor conference registrations).
Snack break on Tuesday afternoon: signage in all conference print and media, one free vendor table, and two free conference registrations to be used by the registered exhibitors - $2500* (the fee to co-sponsor is $1250, but does not include a free vendor table nor conference registrations).
Morning coffee for Monday or Tuesday: signage in all conference print and media, one free vendor table, and two free conference registrations to be used by the registered exhibitors - $2500 per day* (the fee to co-sponsor is $1250 per day, but does not include a free vendor table, nor conference registrations).
CAGT Student Impact Awards: signage in all conference print and media, and announced during the Awards Night - $750 (1 award), $1250 (2 awards), $2200 (4 awards) - at the $2200 level you also receive one free vendor table and one free conference registration to be used by the registered exhibitor. Thank you to Adams State University for helping to honor our amazing gifted students.
Annual Leadership Awards Evening appetizers (Monday evening): signage in all conference print and media, one free vendor table, and two free conference registrations to be used by the registered exhibitors - $2500.
Leadership Awards: signage and thank you in the Awards Evening program - $750. Thanks to the Bank of Colorado for supporting our gifted leaders of Colorado.
Game Night: signage and thank you at Game Night - $700. Thank you Jump Start Bridge for your support of our Game Night event.
Art Contest: signage and thank you at the art exhibit - $500. Thanks to Growing Tree Gifted for your support of our young talented artists.
Creativity Night desserts: signage and thank you on the dessert tables - $550. Thank you Growing Tree Gifted for sponsoring the treats for Creativity Night.
Creativity Night materials: signage and thank you at Creativity Night - $400. Thanks also to Growing Tree Gifted for sponsoring the supplies for our attendees to enjoy Creativity Night.
Photo Stand-in: signage and thank you sign at the stand-in - $325.
Student Entertainment: signage and a thank you with each performance. Your donation will go directly to the school's music program/department- $300. Thank you Growing Tree Gifted for supporting all of the talented student performers this year.
Conference Flowers: signage and a thank you aside the flowers- $300. Thanks Growing Tree Gifted for sponsoring the flowers for our conference.

*If you want to sponsor an item that does provide a free exhibitor table and you do not wish to exhibit, simply sign up for the sponsorship item and let us know that you will not be needing a table.

Exhibitors and Sponsors please register by: Monday, September 28th, 2026 to ensure you are included in all conference print and media. Final deadline to register is Thursday, October 15, 2026, but we cannot guarantee your information will be included in all conference print and media.
