Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Full refunds will be made only if written notice is given three weeks prior to the course. Cancellations received after this date will be subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee deducted from the original amount paid during registration.  No refund will be given to cancellations within 24 hours of the first day of the course. All refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.  

Media Release and Copyright Policy:

From time to time North American SORG uses photographs, video, and audio of event participants in our promotional materials. By virtue of your attendance at this course, you acknowledge that North American SORG reserves all rights to use your likeness and voice in such materials at any time.

Participants should not copy or take screen shots of presentations at any time. No individual or entity may record any portion of an event. Photographing or recording educational sessions and events by individual attendees is strictly prohibited.

KLS Martin Business Invitee & Tour Participant Confidentiality Agreement

At KLS Martin LP and KLS Martin Manufacturing, LLC (collectively, “KLS”), we often welcome Business Invitees to our U.S. Headquarters Campus in Jacksonville Florida.

As our Business Invitee, you may have the opportunity to view or tour various areas within our Headquarters Campus facilities which contain our confidential, proprietary and trade secret information concerning our products and services, research and development projects, manufacturing and distribution means and methods, know-how, business plans, models and methods, and medical products technologies, including but not limited to our IPS virtual surgical planning and engineering services and our patient-specific custom device manufacturing processes and procedures. Collectively this information is the “KLS Confidential Information”.

In consideration for allowing our Business Invitees to view or tour areas within our Headquarters Campus containing KLS Confidential Information, we require our Business Invitees to sign this Confidentiality Agreement.

As our Business Invitee, you agree that:

(1) You will not take any photographs or make any video, digital or audio recording of any type within any KLS Headquarters Campus building without the advance express written permission of KLS Executive Management. This includes but is not limited to pictures or recordings taken with a smart phone, a concealed device, or a “Go Pro” type device;

(2) You will not make notes concerning or copy or draw any part of the interior of any KLS Headquarters Campus building, including any fixtures, equipment, machinery, tools, models, data or other items contained in any building;

(3) You will not disclose or otherwise reveal any KLS Confidential Information you have seen or observed during your visit or tour to any other person, and you will not discuss any KLS Confidential Information with any other person; and

(4) You will keep all KLS Confidential Information you have seen or observed confidential and you will not use any KLS Confidential Information for your own benefit or the benefit of any other person or business entity.
