The IHIF EMEA 2027 Next-Gen pass is for early-career professionals in hospitality, real estate and investment.

To be eligible, you must:

be under 32 on 10 May 2027
hold an Analyst, Associate, Coordinator, Graduate or Junior-level role
have up to five years’ relevant industry experience
not hold significant budget, team management or investment decision-making responsibility

Applications are reviewed by our team. You will be asked for payment details when you apply, but your card will only be charged once your application is approved. If your application is rejected, you will not be charged.
