Award Summit registration includes access to all sessions and evening events.
Please note that Summit sessions are for Authorized Partners only.

Cancellation Policy:

If your plans change, please notify us of your cancellation no later than Friday, September 4, 2026 at awards@mindlabconnect.com. As Wiley may not be able to recover costs for cancellations made after September 4, 2026, Wiley may pass on the costs of Partner’s accommodations to the Partner ($250 per registrant).

Four complimentary Award Summit 2026 registrations
Six complimentary nights at our host hotel during the event
Up to $1,400 total North America travel reimbursement
Up to $2,000 total international travel reimbursement

Diamond Award Winners:

Two complimentary Award Summit 2026 registrations
Two complimentary nights at our host hotel during the event
Up to $700 total North America travel reimbursement
Up to $1,000 total international travel reimbursement

Emerald Award Winners:

One complimentary Award Summit 2026 registration
Two complimentary nights at our host hotel during the event
Up to $500 total North America travel reimbursement
Up to $700 total international travel reimbursement

PLEASE NOTE

Complimentary hotel nights (listed above) will only be applied to hotel rooms booked the nights of Summit: Wednesday, October 14 and Thursday, October 15. Any additional nights booked outside of that window will be the financial responsibility of the partner.

Additional Guest Policy:

Guests exceeding the number determined by your Award level may attend the event for an additional fee:

Full Summit Pass (includes all evening events):

$2,000 per person for up to two additional guests

$2,650 per person for each additional guest thereafter

Please note: Summit sessions are reserved for Authorized Partners only.

Evening Events:

Welcome Reception: $500 per person

Award Celebration Dinner (Offsite Reception): $700 per person

Fees for additional guests will be invoiced after Summit has concluded.
