All conferences begin at 9:00 am. Registration and check-in begin at 8:00 am.
Conference Pre-Registration Fees:
No Lunch: $110.00
With Lunch: $132.00
Optional Agricultural Fertilizer Recertification*: $20.00
Deadline to register for each conference is midnight, one week prior to the event. Register to guarantee your spot. Walk-ins will be accepted on-site at the event IF space available. Please call office to confirm availability at 614-292-4070.
On-site registration fee will be $140 (no lunch).
Akron and Cincinnati conference locations will not offer live sessions for all pesticide categories. Be sure to check the location event page for the categories you need.

Fertilizer certification will be offered ONLY at Findlay and Columbus Locations.
* Agricultural fertilizer certification is required only for applications to more than 50 acres of crops grown for sale in Ohio. It is not required for lawn and landscape fertilization.
Interstate Reciprocity - reciprocal recertification credits from Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia will be available at the conferences. Check with the licensing agency in each state for the specific credits available. ISA and CCA credits also available.
Testing will be available at the conference sites through the Ohio Department of Agriculture. Click Applicator Exam to register online for testing or call ODA at 614-728-6987.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
No-shows must notify Recertification Specialists by the program date to reschedule or request a refund. Registration can be transferred to any 2027 recertification conference. Lunch cannot be refunded unless request is made more than 10 days prior to event. There is a $25 processing fee per registrant for any cancellation, including purchase orders, and a $30 fee for returned checks.
