TWO-STEP REGISTRATION PROCESS

Each conference attendee needs to register for the conference AND book their own hotel room. This is a two-step process.

*The last day to book a hotel reservation with our discounted rate is Monday, August 31
**Hotel rooms with the Ziegler discounted rate are subject to availability on a first come first served basis. Our rate may sell out before this date, especially outside of peak conference nights. We encourage you to plan accordingly and reserve your room early.

  • Complete your conference registration for the 2026 Senior Living Strategy & Finance Conference by Friday, September 4th.
  • Once your conference registration is complete, please follow the link in your registration confirmation email to make your hotel reservation.
  • The JW Marriott Marco Island Resort has set up a special website that will allow you to make and manage your own hotel reservation online. The link will be included in your conference registration confirmation email.
  • Complete your hotel reservation by Monday, August 31, 2026, to ensure you receive Ziegler’s discounted nightly rate of $329/night, plus a daily resort fee of $35/night.
  • All reservations will require a one night room deposit. Ziegler is unable to make reservations or cancel reservations on behalf of individuals.

Cancellations must be made at least SEVEN (7) days prior to arrival to avoid one night's room and tax charges.

Once the contracted room block above has been filled or if your preferred dates are not available outside of the peak conference nights, please see below for the recommended hotel located just down the street from the JW Marriott. Please note, a discounted rate has not been set up at this property, and all rooms are subject to market rate and hotel availability.

Airport Transportation Information

It is highly recommended to book transportation ahead of time, particularly for departures as on-demand/ride-share taxi services are not as readily available on the island.

Cancellations

Conference Cancellation

Senior living providers and capital markets participants are not required to pay a conference registration fee; Ziegler guarantees industry professionals a full refund of a paid conference registration fee if written notification is received prior to Monday, August 31 (same day as the hotel cut off). You may send a substitute if you are unable to attend. For more information on NASBA policies (complaints and/or refunds) or to notify us of your substitution, call Monica Bain at (312) 596-1579. 

Hotel Cancellation

Attendees are responsible for cancelling their own hotel room reservations. Ziegler is unable to manager hotel rooms on behalf of individuals. The JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort has a SEVEN (7) day prior to arrival cancellation policy to avoid one night's room and tax charges.

If your plans change and you are no longer able to attend, please cancel or adjust your hotel reservation as soon as possible. Early cancellations, prior to August 31 (the hotel cut-off date) allow those seeking hotel rooms or additional nights to secure accommodations and help us make the best use of our contracted room block.
