For the 2027 ISCRC, there are six registration types:

 

  • SENIOR SCHOLAR ($500) - "I am an Associate Professor, Senior Lecturer or higher at a University, or a Researcher/Practitioner with 5 or more years of work experience total."
  • JUNIOR SCHOLAR ($300) - "I am an Assistant Professor, Adjunct Professor, Junior Lecturer or Instructor at a University, or a Researcher/Practitioner with less than 5 years of work experience total."
  • GRADUATE STUDENT ($150) - "I am a full-time graduate student at an accredited University."
  • GUESTS ($250) - "I am a guest of a conference attendee/presenter and wish to participate in receptions and meals ONLY (no conference sessions)."

This special conference rate is for guests of conference attendees/presenters. Please note that guests of conference attendees/presenters may participate in receptions and meals ONLY (no conference sessions) using this rate.

Guests may be registered one of two ways:

First, guests may register themselves for the conference by selecting this registration type and completing the registration process (including payment) themselves;

Or, if you are an attendee/presenter who will be bringing a guest, you may submit this guest registration on behalf of your guest by selecting the orange "Add Person" button at the bottom of your own registration summary page. This is the page before you submit your payment. You will be asked to select your additional registration type; please select "Guest" and then complete the registration process for your guest. This will allow you to add your guest's registration (and associated fees) to your registration and complete the process for you both at the same time. Please know that payment is due at the time of registration.

  • SPONSORS - Official sponsors of the 2027 ISCRC will receive registration codes along with sponsorship information. Please select this registration type if you are an official sponsor, and be sure to have your registration code handy.
  • EDCHOICE STAFF - This registration type is to be selected by EdChoice staff members only.

Guest Information

We ask that ALL GUESTS be registered in advance for a fee of $250.

NOTE: Guest registration includes all meals and receptions at the 2027 ISCRC but does NOT include access to conference sessions. Additional details are below.

GUESTS ($250) - This special conference rate is for guests of conference attendees/presenters. Again, please note that guests of conference attendees/presenters may participate in receptions and meals ONLY (no conference sessions) using this rate.

Terms and Conditions

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to Drew Catt at dcatt@edchoice.org. If cancellation is received on or before December 1, 2026, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded. If cancellation is received between December 2, 2026, and December 18, 2026, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. Thereafter, there is no refund of registration fees.

COVID-19 Waiver

As a meeting/conference attendee, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

· If attending the meeting/conference in person, regardless of my COVID-19 vaccination status, I agree to participate in and abide by all safety protocols implemented onsite. This may include, but is not limited to: wearing masks in public spaces, practicing social distancing, providing proof of negative COVID-19 test at attendee expense, temperature checking, completing health check questionnaires, etc.

· I agree NOT to attend the meeting/conference in person if I am experiencing or exhibiting any COVID-19 related symptoms as outlined by the federal and state Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), such as fever, dry cough, or shortness of breath. · I agree NOT to attend the meeting/conference if I have become recently exposed to a person or animal with a positive and confirmed case of COVID-19, or if I have experienced any symptoms associated with COVID-19 within the past 14 days.

· By accepting the International School Choice and Reform Conference Committee (ISCRC)’s invitation to attend this event, you expressly agree to adhere to any and all COVID-19 protocols implemented by the International School Choice and Reform Conference Committee, any facilities or venues at which the event is to be held, or any third-party organizations providing services, recreation, or entertainment at the event. Agreement by you to comply with applicable COVID-19 protocols is a condition of your invitation to this event.

· I acknowledge the contagious and evolving nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to the virus and become infected as a result of my attendance at an International School Choice and Reform Conference event. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any expense, liability, illness, injury, disability or death related to testing positive for the virus during or after the event. I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the International School Choice and Reform Conference Committee from all claims arising out of COVID-19. I understand and agree that this release of liability includes any claims towards the International School Choice and Reform Conference Committee, as well as conference personnel or representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurrence exists before, during, or after attendance and participation at the event.
