About The Symposium

Beginning in 2001 as a one-day event, The Symposium has grown into a week-long conference featuring dozens of workshops and sessions related to access, success, and community engagement, cutting-edge research presentations, a variety of keynote speakers, and a student-specific educational track.

In addition to our many workshops, keynotes, and featured sessions, we proudly offer CSU Inspire, a featured event that brings 5-10 TEDx Talk-like sessions led by CSU System faculty, staff, students, and community members.

What to Expect This Year

We strive to make each Symposium a unique experience for attendees. This year, we are pleased to offer the following:

  • An in-person, all-day Health for ALL Summit, with keynote speaker, Dr. Spero Manson and dynamic lunch panel
  • A featured conversation with President Heather Shotton
  • A closing keynote with Dr. Terrell Strayhorn
  • A dedicated student track with a Student Mixer Luncheon for attendees at CSU Fort Collins
  • The return of signature programs CSU Inspire and A Glimpse of MURALS
  • 20+ concurrent workshops hosted by members of the Colorado State University & Fort Collins community
  • 3+ opportunities to connect with the attendees across the Fort Collins community, including a film screening of ADAPTED with Director Talk
  • And more!

How to Register

When you register for The Symposium, you gain access to all virtual sessions through the Attendee Hub! Just navigate to the "Register Now" button at the top right of the page.

We have select in-person programs, including our Health for ALL Summit, that require registration. This will be reflected in the registration process.
