Join us for a five-day course that includes intensive hands-on training on optical fiber, network design, hands-on splicing, connectorization, field construction for cable deployment, testing, and system turn-up. Upon completion, trainees will be prepared to fill needed roles at carriers, construction firms, and broadband providers.
A light breakfast and lunch will be provided during each session. Students will be provided resource materials and any tools and consumables needed to complete classroom hands-on exercises.
Students are eligible for 37 BICSI continuing education credits. Certificate of completion must be submitted to BICSI for credit.
There is a $1,750 fee per student to complete the Corning Fiber Broadband Technician (CFBT) training.
