We are delighted to announce that the Auxin2026 meeting will take place on the Algarve in Portugal between October 4th-9th 2026.
This quadrennial event brings together leading and emerging researchers in auxin biology to discuss the current state and future prospects for this exciting and fast moving research area!

Conference Venue
Auxin2026 takes place in the beautiful 'Wine and Books' Hotel on the Atlantic coast of the Algarve in Portugal. Attendees can fly into Faro (50 min drive) or Lisbon (2.5hr). At popular times on Sunday October 4th, the organisers will arrange coach travel from Faro airport to the hotel venue.
The resort is located on the beach, adjacent to a nature preserve, with easy access to many activities (surfing, kayaking, SUP, golf, tennis) and dive beach bars!
The hotel itself has a spa, sea salt pools, excellent food with lots of great spaces for our meals, talks and poster sessions.

Schedule Information
Auxin 2026 begins with an evening opening reception on Sunday October 4th.
The scientific sessions run from Monday 5th- Thursday 8th, punctuated with a boat trip on the afternoon of Wednesday 7th.
The meeting ends with the conference party on Thursday 8th before departure after breakfast on Friday 9th.
Registration includes 5-nights accommodation from Sunday 4th- Friday 9th.
