ServSafe® Manager Food Safety Training in Douglas-Sarpy Counties 2026

The ServSafe manager course has become the industry standard in food safety training and is accepted in almost all United States jurisdictions that require employee certification.

This two day in-person course is designed to provide professionals who work in any food service with updated principles of safe food handling. The principles learned in this course can easily be applied and practiced by all food service workers.

Notes to Know:

• You will receive the most current edition of the ServSafe® Manager Course book for your establishment, as part of the in-person workshops.
• This workshop is a fast-paced overview of the course book. Reviewing the book prior to the class will give you the best chance for success on the exam.
• Course books may be picked up at the Douglas-Sarpy Counties Extension Office, during regular business hours.
• You will take a 90-question test for National Certification, on the second day of the course training.
• The class is taught in English - contact us a month in advance if you need a book or test in an alternate language.
• This course has been approved for 8-10 hours of continuing education for dietitians, diet technicians and dietary managers.
