After completing the registration, will I receive an email confirmation?

Yes. If you do not receive your email confirmation within 24 hours, please check your email spam folder and then contact our conference team at conference@care-net.org

Is there single-day registration available for a multi-day event?

No, there is no single-day registration available for a multi-day event. The only exception is Tuesday’s pre-conference training and board-only training where single-day registration is offered.

How can I get the best price to attend the conference?

Register during the early bird registration pricing.
Take advantage of the four or more group discount.

Are hotel, travel, and meals included in the registration fee?

The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee. Attendees are responsible for their own accommodations and travel costs. Once you register for the conference you will receive a link in your confirmation email to make your hotel reservations. This is the only way to make reservations and receive the conference rate. Some meals will be provided in the registration fee, and they will be clearly indicated during the registration process. Please note that any meals outside of the registration are not included.

What is the dress code for the conference?

The dress code at our events is business casual for all participants. Meeting rooms can get chilly, so we recommend layers for your comfort.

Are there any conference breakout sessions that offer CEU credits for nurses?

Yes. Care Net is approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing to provide continuing education contact hours for nurses. You can view the CE-eligible breakout sessions under the “Agenda” tab.

Where can I find more information about the conference, i.e., agenda, speaker line-up, topics?

As we announce our Keynote speaker lineup, they will be listed under the “Agenda” tab on our website along with our breakout speaker lineup.

Who should attend the conference?

Our conference aims to unite pregnancy centers, staff, volunteers, and ministry leaders, providing them with the tools necessary to overcome the daily obstacles that they encounter. The conference is designed to invigorate, motivate, and inspire our attendees. We strive to create an environment that uplifts and encourages all who participate.

Is there a mobile app for the conference?

Yes, there is a mobile app. You'll receive an email with instructions for downloading and utilizing its features closer to the event.

What if I cannot attend the in-person conference, will there be an option to attend virtually?

No there is not a virtual or live stream option for the conference. However, you will have the opportunity to purchase audio recordings of select breakout sessions post-conference.

What to do in the case of requiring special accommodations?

If you require special assistance, contact our conference team at conference@care-net.org. They will respond within 48 business hours.

What conference materials can I expect to receive?

Attendees will receive on-site at registration check-in a conference bag with sponsored items, a conference guide, and a name badge with a lanyard. Attendees also receive access to the attendee hub website prior to the conference to download breakout session handouts. Please note conference handouts are made available contingent upon submission by the speakers.

What is the conference cancellation policy?

All Access, General Admission, and Pre Conference Only Registrants who cancel by July 17, 2026, will receive a 50% refund. NO REFUNDS are available beginning July 18, 2026, however, you may transfer your registration to anyone who can attend in your place. Registrations may NOT be transferred to a future conference. All refunds must be processed directly through the attendee registration link. If Care Net is forced to cancel the Care Net National Conference due to causes beyond our control, including laws, orders, or regulations by a government entity or if a government entity imposes a travel ban, quarantine, or attendance ban for the location of the event that has the effect of curtailing transportation facilities, prohibiting travel to or from or affecting the attendance at the event, or if the hotel facilities become unavailable, then Care Net will refund attendees.

CE credits are non-refundable. If you purchase CE credits on-site and are not able to attend, you will be given access to our Virtual CE credit events. Please request access by emailing conference@care-net.org.

Guest Registration The guest registration fee is non-refundable.

Additional Meals Meals are refundable up until July 17, 2026, minus a $5 cancellation fee for each meal. No refunds on meals are available beginning July 18, 2026.

Booth Staff The booth staff late fee and additional booth staff fee are non-refundable. Booth staff registrations cannot be transferred after July 17, 2026.

Exhibit Booths and Marketing Items Please review your exhibitor agreement for specifics on each item.

Conference Shirts If a registration is cancelled and included a shirt, the conference shirt fee will be refunded. We are not able to allow another attendee to pick up a shirt for a cancelled registration but they are welcome to purchase a shirt on-site at the Care Net Bookstore.
