Convention Pass Options + What's Included

Three-Day Convention Pass

$600 (July 1 - September 16)
$550 (early bird pricing ends June 30)

Three-Day pass fee includes admission to:

  • Opening Reception on Wednesday, September 16
  • Convention general sessions, breakout sessions, ICUL annual meeting and awards ceremony 
  • All events in the trade show, including the networking reception on Thursday, September 17
  • Meals on Thursday and Friday

*All events will be held at the Community Choice Convention Center unless otherwise noted.

**What's not included: ICUF Benefit Night, HACK for CUPAC Golf Outing. Additional payment and registration is required for these events.

One-Day Convention Pass

$300
(Your choice to attend Thursday or Friday)

One-Day pass fee includes admission to: 

  • General session and breakout (depending on registration day)
  • ICUL annual meeting and awards
  • Meals on Thursday or Friday (depending on registration day)

Special Event Tickets

These special events are part of the convention agenda, but do require additional registration and payment for some items. 

  • Hack for CUPAC Golf Outing | $150 (suggested contribution)
  • Community Impact Project | Complimentary - Registration required
  • Board of Directors Workshop | Complimentary - Registration required
  • Opening Reception Only Pass | $100
  • ICUF Benefit Night Fundraiser | $150

Cancellation and Refund Policy

100% refund if received by Friday, September 4.

Cancellations made after September 4, 2026 will not be granted due to final counts and print materials being ordered. Substitutions are accepted any time prior to the start of the program at no additional cost.
