How do I become a speaker at PAXCON?

To speak at PAXCON, you must pitch your idea to us at paxcon@pax.us. Please include your name, contact information, talk title or working topic, short speaker bio, and (optionally) a link to any of your past talks.

Do I need to RSVP for the offsite event?

Yes. All attendees and any registered guests who plan to attend must RSVP during the registration process. Disney event tickets are reserved based on RSVPs and cannot be issued onsite or at the park entrance.

Can I decide to attend at the last minute?

No. If you do not RSVP in advance, you will not receive a Disney event ticket and will not be able to attend the event. Tickets cannot be issued onsite or at the park entrance.

When will I receive my Disney event ticket?

Disney event tickets will be distributed during PAXCON 2026 prior to the offsite event.

What's included with the offsite event?

The evening includes dinner, cocktails, and admission to Disney California Adventure Park, along with after-hours access to Avengers Campus where you can enjoy select attractions and network with fellow attendees, partners, and the PAX team.

Which attractions will be open?

Attendees will have access to Avengers Campus, including popular attractions such as WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure and Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT!

When does the offsite event take place?

The event takes place on Wednesday evening after the day's conference sessions conclude. Dinner and cocktails begin the evening, followed by time to explore the park.

Is there an additional cost to attend?

No additional ticket purchase is required for eligible attendees who RSVP. Admission is included with your PAXCON registration for those who reserve a spot in advance. A Disney event ticket will be provided during the conference.

Can I bring a guest?

Registered guests may attend only if they are included in your registration and have also RSVP'd in advance. Every person attending must have a Disney event ticket, and tickets are only reserved through the RSVP process. This guidance extends the RSVP requirement in your registration materials to all participants.
