POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

PAYMENT POLICY

Full payment is required before the series begins. If not paid in advance, a valid Purchase Order or payment must be submitted by June 5, 2026.

Payment Methods:

• Credit Card: Pay during registration or via the "Modify Registration" link in your confirmation email.
• Purchase Order: Email to support@magnet.edu within 10 business days of registering.
• Check: Mail to Magnet Schools of America, P.O. Box 45739, Baltimore, MD 21297-5739.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS

Email all requests to support@magnet.edu.

• Cancellations (more than 48 hours notice): Refunded minus a $49 fee.
• Cancellations (less than 48 hours notice): 50% cancellation fee applies.
• Transfers: You may transfer your spot to a colleague up to 48 hours before the event starts. This applies to individual workshop purchases ONLY. Bundles are not to be shared with multiple people, and all are nontransferable.

Note: Administrative fees apply to all cancellations, including those with pending payments.
