Attending Onsite

Come back and learn in-person with us and your peers! We missed you. Join us at our state-of-the-art facility, the Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in Ithaca, NY.

Why attend onsite?

  • You get to be back in lecture halls, just like when you were in school! Most speakers will be presenting from our College of Veterinary Medicine; however, some speakers will be presenting from their home or office. You will have the choice to watch those live, virtual sessions on the lecture hall screen, from a quiet corner in the College, or from our computer lab. Approximately four sessions per hour will be presented from a speaker who is at the podium in a lecture hall.
  • Some sessions this year will be available only for our onsite attendees, and if you purchase an onsite ticket, you will have to choice to attend those sessions.
  • You have access to attend virtually as well, so you can choose to participate in sessions at the College or from your home, office or elsewhere in the world! Attendees  at our 2022 event told us they valued being able to choose which days to participate from home and which days in Ithaca.
  • By purchasing an onsite ticket, you are able to register for hands-on labs, Masterclasses, and exclusive small-group experiences, like our Night in the ER Escape Room! These experiences come at an additional fee.
  • Food, food, food!
  • Exhibit hall, networking, entertainment, games and prizes!

Attending Online

Can't join us in person? We are once again offering a fully live virtual learning experience to attendees, whether the speakers are presenting in-person or virtually.

Why attend virtually?

  • Ability to interact with the onsite speakers and audience in real-time
  • Get a "front row seat" to speakers and presentations
  • Approximately 4 sessions per hour will available live, virtually
  • Attend from the comfort  and convenience of your home or office
  • Have the ability to chat with other participants, participate in Q&A, and polling when available
  • Earn “LIVE” CE credit

Attending On-Demand

For the third year in a row, we are providing the option to purchase access to our conference sessions in an on-demand format. This means that most of the educational sessions during the live conference will be recorded, paired with an assessment, and then available  a week or two after the conference. On-demand courses will be accessible for 60 days.

On-demand sessions qualify for the both the NYS and RACE "Anytime" method of delivery. Attendees are responsible for following their state board's requirements regarding number of CE credits allowed per method of delivery (Live vs. Anytime).

Access to the on-demand sessions can be purchased in addition to your registration to the live conference or purchased separately.
