Will my attendance to Elevate satisfy the 12-hour FL chapter CME requirement?

Yes! Participation in Elevate: 2026 FAFP Family Medicine Summer Retreat will satisfy the Florida chapter requirement of 12.0 FL prescribed credits. Full participation allows attendees to earn up to 16.0 live CME credits all credits are deemed FL prescribed.

Do In-Person attendees have access to the Virtual content?

Yes! As this is a Hybrid event, the FAFP offers flexibility for In-Person attendees by providing an emailed link to access the Virtual livestream. (The link will be provided the week of the meeting.) Please note: the virtual website will not be accessible until Friday, July 10.

How do I reserve my hotel room at the Wyndham Grand?

Please return to the the Elevate In-Person registration homepage by clicking the link here and scrolling to the Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach section. Click the Book Now! button to complete your reservation online or book over the phone by calling the provided reservations phone number and referencing "FAFP", "Elevate", and/or "Summer Retreat". The Wyndham reservations information is also included in the Registration Confirmation email that you will receive after successfully registering for Elevate 2026.

How do I know if I'm eligible to register for the ABFM KSA Study Group?

Per ABFM guidelines, physicians with an active ABFM certification are eligible to participate in KSA topics every 3 years. (Be sure to double check your Physician Portfolio on theabfm.org to determine your eligibility before you register. Registrations from ineligible attendees will be subject to cancellation.)

Can I switch to Virtual attendance if I'm already registered to attend In-Person?

Yes! If you are no longer able to attend In-Person, you will need to cancel your current registration and re-register for Virtual attendance before registration closes on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at 1:00pm EST. (Click the “Already registered?” link on the home page or the “View or modify my registration” link in your Registration Confirmation email.)

When will I receive information regarding meeting logistics?

Two instructional “Know Before You Go” emails will be sent to all attendees on Monday and Wednesday the week of the meeting (beginning Monday, July 6). A final instructional “Reminder” email will be sent the Friday of the event.

Will In-Person attendees have access to the Virtual Playback recording of the presentations?

Yes! The Playback will be available on the Virtual platform, and the link is typically provided to all attendees within 2 weeks of the conclusion of the meeting. However, the video content will only be accessible for 30 days.

How do I get a copy of my receipt?

Your receipt/payment summary is included in your Registration Confirmation email. (Be sure to check your Spam or Junk folder if not found in your main email inbox.)

Where can I find the meeting syllabus?

The digital meeting syllabus will be included in the instructional emails that will be sent to all attendees the week of the meeting. All meeting resources will be provided in a printable, PDF format scan the QR code for quick and easy access. (A paper syllabus will not be provided.)

What do I do if I need to modify my registration?

If you need to modify your registration, click the “Already registered?” link on the home page or the “View or modify my registration” link in your Registration Confirmation email. You will need to enter your confirmation #, then click the "Modify Registration" button towards the bottom of the page.

What do I do if I need to cancel my registration?

If you are no longer able to attend, we recommend you cancel your registration prior to the cancellation deadline on Thursday, July 2, 2026 at 11:59pm EST. Click the “Already registered?” link on the home page or the “View or modify my registration” link in your Registration Confirmation email. (All cancellations made prior to the deadline will incur a $50 cancellation fee – registrations are non-refundable if cancelled after the July 2 deadline.)

How do I claim CME credits?

All meeting attendees will receive the link to an Evaluation survey. To claim credits, attendees must participate and complete and submit the Evaluation. (Attendees will receive the Evaluation link in the instructional emails that will be sent out the week of the meeting scan the QR code for quick and easy access. The deadline to claim CME credits is Friday, September 11, 2026)
