Federal Government & Student Full Conference

Federal Government Rate

Federal Government Rate is available to current employees of U.S. government agencies like the DOD (Department of Defense), VA (Veteran Affairs), state-run facilities, and similar organizations.

Registrant will need to register with a valid “.gov” or “.mil” email domain as proof.

Full Conference Student (Full-Time Students and Educators Only)

Student/Educator admission is only for current full-time students and educators only.

You will need to provide proof of current full-time status. A valid “.edu” email address is required at registration.

Day Pass and Exhibit Only

One-Day Registration 

Your single-day registration fee includes meals, full conference access on that day including networking events.

Single-day rates are available for Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.

If you wish to attend the conference for more than one day, you must purchase a full conference registration.

You can attend the Exhibit Hall on Monday or Tuesday.

You will be able to access any networking event happening on your selected day.

Guest Registration

A guest is any person accompanying a "Full Conference" admission registrant to only social networking events and the Exhibit Hall at conference. 1 per registrant.

Guest Pass registrations do not include any opening or education sessions, nor access to the conference mobile app. Guests are not eligible for continuing education units.

A Guest Pass cannot accompany any of the following admission types: Federal Government Rate, Student/Educator, One day Registration, One Day Exhibit Hall or Two Day Exhibit Hall.

A Guest Pass request link will be found in the Full Conference Registrant’s Confirmation email.
