Course Structure

Before the Workshop

Login details will be emailed to the participants 5 days before the workshop starts. Try them out and make sure the credentials are working.

If your login details are not working or you haven’t received them, please write to onlinepd@ibo.org (please check your spam/junk folder before contacting the support team).

During the workshop

Plan at least 4 hours per week for working on your online workshop engagements.

Make sure to have internet access for the full 4 weeks of the workshop and engage with other participants frequently in the online forums.

If you need support completing your workshop activities, please contact the workshop facilitator directly.

After the workshop

The facilitator will inform participants and coordinators whether the workshop has been successfully completed and the certificates will be available for download 2-3 weeks after the end of the workshop.

An online evaluation form will be sent to all participants.

Cancellation

Cancellation Before Workshop Commencement

All cancellation requests for individual registrations for requested online workshops received after the registration deadline will be fully refunded.

Cancellation After Workshop Commencement

Participants will be charged the full registration fee for cancellation requests that come in after the workshop commencement date.  Cancellation requests with a valid medical reason will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
