The agency can work with its Korean Air sales representative who may be able to provide more favorable group booking options. Please note that Korean Air does not offer discounts for individual bookings.

Getting to the Hotel

The INSPIRE offers a free shuttle bus service from the Incheon Airport and select bus stops!

  • INSPIRE's shuttle service operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Boarding will be restricted once maximum capacity has been reached. (Capacity: 44 people)
  • The shuttle bus stop at Incheon Airport Terminal 1 (Level 1) is located across the central bus lane.

Visa Assistance

To verify your eligibility for travel to the Republic of Korea, please visit the Republic of Korea Visa Portal at https://www.visa.go.kr. Select Country/Region, Purpose of Entry, and Length of Stay. Then select "Visa Navigator". The website will then provide details on whether you need a visa letter. 

Invitation letters will be sent upon request, with confirmation of paid registration in the registered member's name only. The wait times to receive a visa will vary depending on consular location, so please apply and register for convention early.

ALL out of country travelers must hold a valid passport (for at least six months) and confirmed airline tickets.
