ABOUT THE EVENT
Advisor Orientation is a structured, 3.5-day training program designed exclusively for newly hired registered representatives of Cetera Investment Services. Held at the firm’s corporate headquarters in St. Cloud, Minnesota, this program serves as the foundational onboarding experience for representatives entering the Cetera environment.
Through a combination of instructor-led sessions, peer engagement, and hands-on learning, participants gain exposure to the operational infrastructure, sales strategies, and service offerings that define Cetera’s approach to client support and business processing. The program is designed to ensure that representatives—regardless of prior experience—develop a clear understanding of the tools, resources, and expectations that will guide their success within the organization.
Key components of the training include:
- Orientation to Cetera’s product suite and investment solutions
- Business processing workflows and operational protocols
- Technology platforms and digital tools available to representatives
- Sales methodology and client engagement strategies
- Networking opportunities with peers and internal support teams
Advisor Orientation reflects Cetera’s commitment to equipping its representatives with the knowledge, confidence, and support necessary to deliver exceptional service and drive meaningful client outcomes.
Training is conducted in person at the Cetera Investment Services Corporate Office, located on the 7th floor of the Wells Fargo Center in downtown St. Cloud. Attendance is required for all sessions to ensure full participation and program completion.

Registered representatives attending Advisor Orientation are encouraged to stay at the St. Cloud Courtyard Marriott, conveniently located near the training venue. Please note that all lodging expenses, including room charges and incidental costs, are the responsibility of the attendee. Payment will be required at the time of check-in.
Special Group Rate
Cetera has secured a preferred rate of $124.00 per night (exclusive of taxes and miscellaneous fees). The hotel is a 100% non-smoking facility.
To reserve your room at the group rate, please use the link found within your registration confirmation email. Only persons who register for the class will be provided the direct reservation link to the St. Cloud Courtyard by Marriott.

TRAVEL
Attendees flying in
You are responsible for booking and paying for your own travel arrangements, including flights and ground transportation to and from St. Cloud, MN.
Please plan to land at the Minneapolis - St. Paul airport no later than Sunday, September 13, and departing no earlier than 4:30 p.m. Thursday, September 17.
Attendees driving in
You are responsible for your own travel to the meeting. Parking is offered in a ramp conveniently connected to the hotel and operated by the City of St. Cloud. Parking will add an additional $4 + tax each day to the final charges of your stay.
