What is the sleeping room rate for the conference?

MOREnet has contracted a sleeping room rate of $169/night. This rate is guaranteed until October 12 . Click here to reserve your sleeping room.

Where do I mail my conference fee check?

Which days of the conference should I attend?

Monday and Tuesday (Instructional) sessions are geared towards the classroom and using technology. Wednesday and Thursday (Technology) sessions are geared towards your technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, library members and system administration. Many of our higher education members should plan to attend on Wednesday for collaboration opportunities and customized sessions.

What meals are provided during the conference?

Each day of conference (Monday through Thursday) breakfast and lunch will be provided to all attendees.

What are the actual dates of conference?

Monday, November 2 through Thursday, November 5

Will I have an opportunity to network with vendors and research purchasing decisions?

The majority of exhibitors will be available starting on Tuesday, November 3 at 4 p.m. and will be available throughout the day of Wednesday, November 4.

What are the hours of the Immersive Learning Lab?

The Immersive Learning Lab will be open on Tuesday, November 3 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
