Meeting
The Spring Award Recipient Meeting and Workshop will be held at Rutgers University, Cook Student Center.
Complimentary Shuttle Bus: A complimentary shuttle bus, courtesy of Atlantic COHST, will operate between The Heldrich Hotel and the Cook Student Center. Buses will return to the hotel at the conclusion of each day.
The pick-up location each morning will be in-front of the Heldrich Hotel. Please watch for a Rutgers bus. The bus will run during the following times:
- Wednesday, May 27 at 11:45 AM - 12:30 PM
- Thursday, May 28 at 7:30 - 8:30 AM
- Friday, May 29 at 7:30 - 8:00 AM
Parking: Free parking will be provided at Rutgers University for meeting participants. You can park in the following lots:
- Lot 76, Dudley Rd, New Brunswick, New Jersey 08901
- Lot 99C, Biel Rd, New Brunswick, New Jersey 08901
- Lot 99D, Biel Rd, New Brunswick, New Jersey 08901
You MUST complete the parking registration form to park on campus. See below for instructions.
No matter how many days you plan to park at Rutgers you only need to complete the form once!
- Go to the Rutgers - Book Parking page.
- Do not edit the "Enter After" or "Exit Before" dates and times. It should auto-populate to the correct dates and times for the meeting.
- Select "STANDARD" for the Vehicle option.
- At the bottom of the page select "New User" and then the "VISITORS" button.
- Select "Sign Up with Email", enter your email, then hit "Continue".
- Enter your Phone Number, License Plate Number, License Plate State, Color of Car, Vehicle Make & Model, and Car Year. Then hit "Book Now".
- Once your booking is complete you will receive an email from Rutgers Department of Transportation Services (dotshelp@rutgers.edu) with an attachment that contains a QR code. Make sure to keep the QR code handy as you will need to use it to access the parking lots. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
Group Dinner
An optional group dinner will be held at Harvest Moon Brewery & Café on Wednesday, May 27 following the Award Recipient Meeting (approximately 6:30 p.m.). Guests will receive separate checks.
Please RSVP for the dinner when registering.
It is a short stroll (0.2 miles) from the hotel on George Street, just past Church Street.
