Refund and Cancellation Policy

A $15 administrative fee will be deducted from each refund issued. Please note this does not pertain to registration modifications. Attendees who cancel a virtual course must do so at least 7 days prior to the course date to receive a refund. Attendees who cancel an in-person course must do so at least 14 days prior to the course date to receive a refund. Please allow two weeks after the conclusion of any program for refund processing. Refunds cannot be issued for online training courses such as Basic Life Support as NJDA incurs costs once a training link has been issued.

The New Jersey Dental Association retains the right to cancel any program, event, or course for any reason at its sole discretion.

ADA CERP is a service of the ADA that assists dental professionals in identifying quality providers of ​CDE. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. Concerns or complaints about a CE provider may be directed to the provider or to ADA CERP.
