REGISTRATION
How much does it cost to register?
When is the conference registration deadline?
August 17, 2026.
May members of the media register?
Yes. Before registering, please review the Tenth Circuit Judicial Conference Media Policy.
May I attend any session, or is pre-registration required?
On September 25, four educational sessions will run concurrently at 2:00 and 3:20. You will be prompted to pre-register for two of the four sessions.
Pre-registration and payment are also required for the Opening Reception and Luncheons.
What forms of payment are accepted?
American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and a check.
Checks should be made payable to the Tenth Circuit Judicial Conference, include the registrant's name or registration confirmation number, and be mailed to: Tenth Circuit Judicial Conference, Byron White U.S. Courthouse, Office of the Circuit Executive, 1823 Stout Street, Denver, CO 80257.
Will I receive a receipt for my registration?
Yes. After you register, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
May I participate remotely?
No. This is an in-person conference.
Is the venue accessible for attendees with disabilities or special needs?
Yes. The Broadmoor is a fully accessible facility. During registration you will have an opportunity to indicate any accommodation(s) you require; alternatively, contact the Tenth Circuit Judicial Conference Team.

Where is the conference being held?
The Broadmoor, 1 Lake Avenue, Colorado Springs, CO 80906.
Please note: The Broadmoor room block is sold out. To join the waiting list, please call (855) 634-7711. You may wish to consider alternate lodging. Two recommendations are provided on the Hotels page.
Is there a discounted hotel room block at The Broadmoor?
Yes. The conference room rate is $283 per night (plus 10.25% tax and a 2.95% public improvement fee). There is also a $45 per night resort fee.
Is there a deadline for securing the conference room rate?
Yes: August 17, 2026.
What airports serve Colorado Springs?
• Colorado Springs Airport (COS) is approximately 15 miles from The Broadmoor.
• Denver International Airport (DEN) is approximately 90 miles from The Broadmoor.
How much does it cost to park at The Broadmoor?
What is the Conference Identification Number (CIN)?
The CIN is CONF260013. Judges and Judiciary employees should include this number on their travel authorizations and vouchers.
ON-SITE LOGISTICS
Where is check-in / badge pickup?
Check-in is at the registration desk in the foyer of the International Center. To orient yourself, consult The Broadmoor's interactive map.
What is the dress code?
Business casual. Colorado Springs is approximately 6,000 feet above sea level, and September mornings and evenings can be cool. Layering is recommended.
Is there a conference app?
Yes. The app will launch about a week before the conference. It will contain your agenda, speaker biographies, area attractions, maps, and more!
EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING & CLE CREDIT
Will CLE credit be offered?
Yes. We are applying for CLE accreditation in the six states that comprise the Tenth Circuit. Details are available on the CLE page.
I need CLE credit in a state outside the Tenth Circuit. Can you help?
Yes. A uniform certificate of attendance will be available at a later date. Supporting materials will be made available for download from the conference website (e.g., speaker biographies, the agenda, etc.).
