Educational programming eligible for CLE credit will be offered at The Broadmoor on September 24, 25, and 26. During registration, you will be prompted to enter your bar number(s) for Colorado, New Mexico, Kansas, Oklahoma, Utah, and/or Wyoming.

As of August 12, 2026, the conference's educational programming is accredited as follows:

• Kansas: 15.0 credit hours, including 1.0 Ethics & Professionalism credit
• New Mexico: 13.7 credit hours, including 1.0  Ethics credit
• Oklahoma: 15.5 credit hours, including 1.0 Ethics credit
• Wyoming: 13.75 credit hours, including 1.00 Ethics credit

Accreditation is pending in Colorado and Utah.

If you would like to apply for CLE credit in a jurisdiction outside the Tenth Circuit, a uniform certificate of attendance will be available at a later date.

Please note: an attendee registered as a guest is ineligible for CLE credit. To earn CLE credit, register as an attorney or another CLE-eligible category (e.g., AUSA, FPD, or judge) and pay any required fees.
