The territorial jurisdiction of the Tenth Circuit includes Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Utah, and Wyoming. The conference's educational programming is approved for CLE in all six states, as follows:

• Colorado—15.0 general credits, of which 1.2 are ethics credits (course ID 879615)
  Colorado attorneys are responsible for reporting their credits through Colorado CLE Track. See Colorado's CLE FAQs.
• Kansas—15.0 CLE credits, including 1.0 ethics / professionalism credit
  Because this program is being held in Colorado, Kansas attorneys are responsible for submitting an executed CLE affidavit to cleinfo@kscourts.gov. Affidavits will be available at the conference registration and information desk. See Kansas's CLE FAQs.
• New Mexico—12.7 general credits and 1.0 ethics / professionalism credit
  We will report the attendance of New Mexico attorneys and judges and the number of general and ethics / professionalism credits each claims. See New Mexico's MCLE Rules, Deadlines, and Resources.
• Oklahoma—14.5 general credits and 1.0 ethics credit

• Utah—12.5 general credits and 1.0 professionalism / civility credit
  We will report Utah attorneys' attendance and the number of general and professionalism/civility credits each claims. See Utah's CLE FAQs for Lawyers.
• Wyoming—13.75 general credits, including 1.00 ethics credit
  Wyoming attorneys are responsible for reporting their credits through Wyoming's online submission form. See Wyoming's CLE FAQs.

If you would like to apply for CLE credit in a jurisdiction outside the Tenth Circuit, a uniform certificate of attendance will be available at a later date. Please note that an attendee registered as a guest is ineligible for CLE credit. To earn CLE credit, attendees must register as an attorney or in another CLE-eligible category (e.g., assistant federal public defender or judge) and pay any required fees.
