Educational programming eligible for CLE credit will be offered at The Broadmoor on September 24, 25, and 26, 2026. During registration, you will be prompted to enter your bar number(s) for Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Utah, and/or Wyoming.

The conference is accredited as follows:

• Colorado—15.0 General credit hours, of which 1.2 are Ethics hours. Colorado attorneys are responsible for certifying and submitting notice of their attendance (course ID 879615) through Colorado CLE Track. See Colorado's CLE FAQs.
• Kansas—a maximum of 15.0 CLE hours, including 1.0 Ethics and Professionalism hour. Because this program is held out of state, Kansas attorneys are responsible for submitting an executed Kansas CLE affidavit to cleinfo@kscourts.gov by October 26, 2026. • New Mexico—12.7 General hours and 1.0 Ethics/Professionalism hour. We will report the attendance of all New Mexico attorneys and judges, along with the number of General and Ethics/Professionalism hours each claims. See New Mexico's MCLE Rules, Deadlines, and Resources.
• Oklahoma—14.5 General hours and 1.0 Ethics hour. We will report the attendance of all Oklahoma attorneys, along with the number of General and Ethics hours each claims. See Oklahoma's MCLE FAQs.
• Utah—12.5 General hours and 1.0 Professionalism and Civility hour. We will report the attendance of all Utah attorneys, along with the number of General and Professionalism and Civility hours each claims. See Utah's CLE FAQs for Lawyers.
• Wyoming—13.75 General credit hours, including 1.00 Ethics hour. Wyoming attorneys are responsible for reporting their earned credits through Wyoming's online submission form form. See Wyoming's CLE FAQs.

Please note that an attendee registered as a guest is ineligible for CLE credit. To earn CLE credit, attendees must register as an attorney or other CLE-eligible category (e.g., AUSA, FPD, or judge) and pay any required fees.
