Virtual Lunchtime Reflection Series - Ways to Pray

Join Alumni Relations and the Division of Mission and Ministry for Ways to Pray, the next event in our virtual retreat series, on Wednesday, September 9 at noon.

There are many ways to pray, and during this hour we’ll share practical ideas drawn from many traditions, including the Spiritual Exercises, for weaving your everyday experiences—work, family, joys, and challenges—into prayer. We will explore several styles of prayer, offer simple ways to begin or expand your prayer practice, and share a few pointers to help deepen your relationship with God.

Whether you’ve already got solid habits of prayer or you’re just beginning—or simply curious to try something new—you are welcome. Come ready to listen, reflect, pray and share with fellow Xavier alumni as we grow together in faith.
