Hidden Helpers Summit Nomination Form

The Elizabeth Dole Foundation is thrilled to announce the third annual Hidden Helpers Summit, taking place in person August 6th-10th at Walt Disney World. We are excited to bring together partners and families to celebrate and recognize the incredible hidden helpers through meaningful connection, community building and relaxation.

Please note: This is an application form only. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection or participation in the Summit. Families will be notified regardless of their selection status. The Elizabeth Dole Foundation is thrilled to announce the third annual Hidden Helpers Summit, taking place in person August 6th-8th at Walt Disney World. We are excited to bring together partners and families to celebrate and recognize the incredible hidden helpers through meaningful connection, community building and relaxation.

As a valued partner of the Hidden Helpers Coalition, we invite you to nominate one or more military or veteran caregiving families to attend the summit. If you are having issues submitting multiple families, please email Molly Lurensky at mlurensky@elizabethdolefoundation.org.

Please note: This is an application process, and submitting a nomination does not guarantee selection. Space is limited and eligibility is restricted to families with at least one child under the age of 17. Before submitting, please ensure the family is aware of the nomination and understands the expectations and time commitment expected as part of participation. At the end of this application you will be asked to acknowledge that the family is aware of the following:   

1. Not an all expenses paid trip and the Elizabeth Dole Foundation will cover the following: round-trip airfare for my family (up to two adults and all children under the age of 18), one day admission to Magic Kingdom and three nights of lodging at Disney's Coronado Springs Resorts (August 6th, 7th, 8th)
2. The family will be responsible for ground transportation, some meals, and any incidental costs
3. Participation in the Hidden Helpers Summit programming on August 6th and 7th is required in order to attend the Magic Kingdom Respite Day on August 8th
4. The family must sign a photo and media release form prior to attending the Hidden Helpers Summit
5. This is an application, and submission does not guarantee entry.
