Half Day Summit: Unlock the Power of Trauma-Informed Leadership in Your Workplace
Today’s workplaces are shaped by stress, chronic fatigue, and the lived experiences employees carry with them each day. HR professionals are uniquely positioned to influence workplace culture, policy, and employee wellbeing while balancing complex people dynamics and high expectations.
This immersive half day learning experience is designed specifically for the HR Professionals and is ideal for those seeking practical, human centered strategies they can apply immediately.
Trauma-Informed Leadership: Integrating Practical Principles into the Workplace is led by REAL Human Performance, nationally recognized expert in nervous system based resilience training. This experiential session blends neuroscience, real world application, and interactive learning to help HR leaders understand how stress and trauma impact behavior, communication, and performance across organizations.
Why It Matters
Unaddressed stress and trauma in the workplace often surface as burnout, conflict, disengagement, and turnover. HR professionals are frequently asked to respond to these challenges while also maintaining clear boundaries and supporting organizational goals.
Trauma informed leadership provides a framework for recognizing nervous system responses, strengthening psychological safety, and responding with intention rather than reactivity. It supports healthier decision making, more effective communication, and sustainable leadership practices that benefit both employees and organizations.
