Conference Hotel
The 2025 GADE Annual Conference hotel is the Courtyard Marriott in downtown Washington, DC. Please check out the conference hotel page for more details and how to book your room. In addition, the Director’s Reception will be held at the conference hotel for your convenience after Thursday’s programming.

Pre-Conference Events Location
Pre-Conference events will be held on the Howard University campus at The Oliver. Please note, transportation will not be provided to pre-conference meetings and events. 

Conference attendees will enter The Oliver Event Center through the main entrance located directly off Georgia Avenue. Upon entering the building, you will be greeted by the 1st floor lobby and registration desk. Conference rooms are conveniently located just past the registration area. Signage and staff will be available to help guide you to your destination.

Welcome Reception & Dinner Location
The Welcome Reception & Dinner on Wednesday evening will be hosted the historic National Press Club. Shuttle bus transportation will be provided to attendees. Please check the conference schedule for more details. If you will be arriving late, feel free to join us at the NPC and you can shuttle back to the conference hotel with us.

Conference Location
All conference speakers, panels, and breakout sessions will be held on the Howard University campus at the Louis Stokes Health Sciences Library. Shuttles will be provided the mornings and late afternoons on Thursday and Friday for conference attendees.

Campus Parking

For events held on campus, there is daily parking available at the Howard Center for $10/day. In addition, there is also metered street parking on a first come, first serve basis.
