The Early Start Partners Symposium (ESPS) supports early intervention service providers, service coordinators, and family support professionals across partner agencies to deliver high-quality services for infants and toddlers. ESPS is a comprehensive professional development event that promotes evidence-based, family-centered practices that improve outcomes for infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities and their families.

This year we are celebrating “Golden Beginnings”.  Across California, we recognize that the earliest years of life have the deepest impact on an infant’s and toddler’s development. Early Start professionals' team up directly with parents and caregivers to bring these golden beginnings to life. By sharing guidance and resources, these partnerships help turn a child's early years into a strong foundation. This support ensures children have the tools to thrive and reach their brightest futures.
