The Elevated Leader is a live, high-touch leadership development program designed to help managers shift from doing and fixing to truly leading. Participants learn the practical skills needed to delegate with confidence, coach and develop employees, navigate difficult conversations, create accountability, and lead productive, engaged teams—without feeling like everything depends on them.

In today’s fast-moving, multi-generational workplace, employees expect more from their leaders. They want clarity, meaningful feedback, opportunities to grow, and leaders who know how to support them without micromanaging. Yet many managers are promoted because they are strong individual contributors and are never taught how to effectively lead people.

Through practical tools, real-world application, and interactive learning, participants strengthen the everyday leadership behaviors that have the greatest impact on their teams. They learn how to move from fixer to facilitator—creating greater ownership and capability in their employees while focusing their own time and energy on the work that matters most.

Assessment/Pre-Work
Pre-work will be sent to all registered participants two weeks before the program. Participants must complete the assessment at least five days before the program begins.
