About OFN Practitioner Summits

OFN's Practitioner Summits are one-day convenings designed to bring together CDFI professionals with similar job functions and interests to explore key challenges, share leading practices, and collaborate on solutions. These summits provide dedicated space for peer learning and practical, practitioner-focused conversations tailored to the unique needs of the industry. By fostering connections and equipping attendees with actionable insights, Practitioner Summits aim to strengthen individual expertise, build community, and advance the collective impact of CDFIs.

The second annual People & Talent CDFI Practitioner Summit will focus on the critical role people and talent professionals play in developing and supporting CDFI leaders at every level. Throughout the day, practitioners will explore leadership development and succession, supporting middle and first-time managers, talent practices, HR technology, and other shared challenges facing CDFI people and talent teams. Attendees will also have an opportunity to share perspectives on what emerging leaders need to succeed, helping inform OFN's future leadership development programming.

The Summit is designed for CDFI practitioners involved in people and talent functions at their organization, those looking to build their skills in this area, and anyone interested in learning more about these topics from the perspective of people and talent professionals.
