REGISTRATION FEES

The conference registration, to be paid in US Dollars, is an all-inclusive amount and includes:

  • Access to all plenary sessions and all parallel sessions throughout the conference
  • Lunch and refreshments throughout the conference
  • Invitation to the conference dinner
  • Pre-event agenda builder to help you personalize your conference schedule 
  • Pre-event meeting planner - make the most of the conference and set up meetings with fellow delegates in advance 
  • IFC Health Conference networking app (iPhone and Android compatible)
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the conference venue

IMPORTANT DATES

  • Registration Special: Before November 17 - $1200
  • Early Bird fee: By December 31, 2024 - $1500
  • Registration: Between January 1 and February 10 - $1700
  • Onsite: After February 11 - $2000

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations must be received in writing to the organizers at ifchealthconference@ifc.org. A USD 50.00 administration fee will be deducted from all cancellations.

DEADLINES:

  • Cancellations received before December 15 - Full refund
  • Cancellations received between December 16, 2024 and January 30, 2025 - 50% refund
  • After January 31, 2025 - No refund

SUBSTITUTIONS:

Can be made until February 15 by contacting the organizers in writing at ifchealthconference@ifc.org.
