Building the future of continuous improvement

The AME Western Regional Board is beyond thrilled to welcome you to Seattle, Washington for the AME Seattle 2027 Lean Summit!

The future of operational excellence will be built where people, process, and technology reinforce one another.

Join us on Wednesday, February 24 - Thursday, February 25, 2027. The AME Seattle 2027 lean summit will bring practitioners and leaders together to explore what becomes possible when lean thinking, engaged people, and practical AI work together to strengthen problem solving, decision-making, learning, and performance.

Come be inspired to learn how to engage and develop your people, solve problems in your workplace and drive continuous improvement in your business.

See where AI actually helps in daily management and problem solving. Practitioners will show real uses, what worked, and what didn’t, so you can pick a starting point for your own team.

People create the capability. Process provides the discipline. AI expands the possibility.

Discover the future of lean in Seattle

Seattle — a city known for Mt. Rainier, coffee shops, Pike Place Market, Alki Beach, ferries, beautiful islands, restaurants, and national parks, will host the AME Seattle 2027 Lean Summit. As we explore “Building the future of continuous improvement,” attendees will engage with a vibrant community of manufacturing, technology and operational excellence leaders. The summit features hands-on workshops, keynote presentations and top-tier facility tours that showcase practical lean applications.

Beyond the summit, Seattle invites you to explore three national parks all within reach, head to Kerry Park for great city views, visit Snoqualmie Falls for a spectacular waterfall just 30 minutes from town, or take the ferry to Bainbridge Island and stroll its landscaped gardens and trails. For a more authentic-to-Seattle experience, take in the iconic Space Needle before exploring the architecture in the famous Queen Anne neighborhood below. But most of all, make sure to work in some time to just hang out. Seattle has so many eclectic shops, restaurants, and bars to check out. And of course, you can't skip the coffee: Grab some as you snack and shop at Pike Place Market or dip into one of the many indie cafes around town (the city really knows how to amp up the coziness so there's always a great spot to settle into, rain or shine).
