Irene Teng is Executive Vice President – Global Markets at AICPA & CIMA, leading global teams in market expansion, membership growth, strategic partnerships, and professional development. She champions the CGMA designation and works with employers, regulators, universities, and professional bodies to strengthen the global finance profession.

Since joining CIMA in 2010 as Regional Director for Southeast Asia and Australasia, Irene has played a key role in expanding CIMA’s international presence, including growth across Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar, and Vietnam. Her leadership later expanded to Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa, and Asia, culminating in her appointment as Executive Vice President – Global Markets in 2018.

Irene is passionate about developing future-ready finance professionals, advancing innovation in finance education, and creating opportunities for lifelong professional growth.

Alfred Ramosedi, FCMA, CGMA, was elected as the 93^rd CIMA President and 11^th Co-Chair of the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants on 24 June 2026.

Alfred is a business leader with over three decades of experience across South Africa’s financial and professional services sector. He began his career at Nedbank Limited in 1995, where he held senior and executive roles over a 15-year period. In 2008, Alfred was appointed Managing Executive of Nedbank Private Bank, before moving to ABSA Bank in 2010 and African Bank in 2012. In 2017, he became CEO of Bayport Financial Services – South Africa, part of a leading financial services company specialising in responsible consumer lending and financial wellness programmes in developing markets.

A long-standing CIMA volunteer, Alfred joined the CIMA Gauteng Branch as Secretary in 1998 and was appointed President of the South Africa Area Committee in 1999. He played a key role in establishing the Southern Africa Regional Board in 2000 and served as its inaugural Chairman from 2002 to 2009.

In 2009, Alfred was co-opted onto CIMA Council and served on the Global Markets, Marketing, and Professional Standards Committees until he stepped down in 2011. In recognition of his leadership and contributions to the Institute, Alfred was awarded the CIMA Silver Medal in 2013.

In 2023, he rejoined CIMA Council and joined the Board of Directors of the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants. He later served as CIMA Deputy President and is currently a member of CIMA’s Appointments Committee and the CGMA Exam Board.

Mark Koziel, CPA, CGMA, is President and CEO of the AICPA and CEO of the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants, representing over 600,000 members, candidates, and registrants worldwide. Appointed in October 2024 and effective January 2025, he brings decades of leadership experience, including serving as CEO of Allinial Global and holding senior executive roles at the AICPA. A respected global advocate for the profession, Koziel is recognized for his commitment to innovation, growth, and excellence, and is consistently ranked among the accounting profession’s most influential leaders.

Andrew Harding, FCMA, CGMA, is Chief Executive – Management Accounting at the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (the Association), the unified voice of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

Andrew leads all management accounting activities for the Association, develops plans and strategies, manages relationships, and delivers results for members. Andrew has a passion for the management accounting and how the Association supports successful businesses and careers across the world. He is also a member of the IFRS Foundation’s Integrated Reporting and Connectivity Council and sits on the UK’s Financial Reporting Council’s Stakeholder Insight Group.

Andrew is a Deloitte alumnus, having started his career in the mid-1980s as a trainee auditor. He progressed into training and development from there, and then began professional body work in 1991. He joined CIMA in 2009, originally as Executive Director for Global Markets, and became Managing Director in 2011– a position he held until 2016. Andrew served as Non-Executive Chairman of GTS Chemicals PLC, a Chinese company listed in London, from 2014 to 2016.

Andrew was born in London. He holds an MBA from Henley Business School at the University of Reading, and a BSc in Economics from the University of Bristol.

Rosalind Kainyah, MBE is an internationally recognised sustainability and ESG expert with over 30 years of experience across law, executive leadership, and board roles. She advises companies, investors, governments, and development institutions across multiple sectors and regions on sustainability, ESG, governance, social impact, and political risk.

She is an experienced Non-Executive Director serving on several international boards, including discoverIE plc, Gem Diamonds Limited, WE Soda Ltd, EnQuest plc, and Flamingo Group International Ltd. Rosalind founded Kina Advisory Limited in 2013 and previously held senior roles with Tullow Oil, De Beers, Linklaters, ERM, Anglo American, and the UN Environment Programme.

A member of the Bar of England & Wales, Rosalind is recognised for translating global sustainability expectations into practical, commercially relevant strategies that drive resilience, responsible business, and long-term value.

Simon has over 20 years’ experience operating and investing across businesses—from early-stage ventures to listed companies—across the US, Europe, and Asia. A Fellow and former President of CIMA, he also served as Chair of AICPA-CIMA.

He is Co-Principal of Corton, a Luxembourg-based investment firm he co-founded in 2024, and holds advisory and non-executive roles, including Chair of PTC’s Advisory Board and advisor to Form1 Partners. Previously, he led Bos Capital (2023–24) and was CEO of Metapraxis (2012–2022). He began his career at Xchanging PLC. He is passionate about professional education, analytics-driven performance, and sustainable business models.

Daniel Silke is one of South Africa’s leading Independent Political Analysts and most passionate Keynote Speakers covering South African, African and Global political and economic issues. Rapelang Rabana is an internationally acclaimed technology entrepreneur who was featured on the cover of Forbes Africa before the age of 30, named Entrepreneur for the World by the World Entrepreneurship Forum, and selected as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.

From launching her first startup straight out of university to serving as Chief Digital Officer at one of South Africa’s largest IT companies, Rapelang has built a distinguished career in innovation and technology. As a founding partner of FFWD Innovation, she helps organisations turn innovation into measurable business impact. In 2021, she also co-founded the Norrsken Impact Accelerator to support high-impact entrepreneurs. Dr. Mizinga Melu is a seasoned financial executive with over two decades of experience in the banking industry and has been at the helm of top banking organizations having worked in six (6) African countries. She is currently Absa Bank Zambia Plc Chief Executive Officer and previously held various strategic regional roles that saw her being responsible for coordinating integrated planning across businesses outside of South Africa. Dr. Mizinga also held several roles at Standard Chartered including CEO of Standard Chartered Zambia Plc, Global Head of Development Organizations in the UK and Africa Regional Head of Financial Institutions in both South Africa and Kenya.

Toby is a strategy consultant with over 18 years’ experience advising corporate and private equity clients on strategy, value creation and transactions across consumer internet, media and technology. Based in London, he has worked with leading global businesses including Adevinta, Etsy, Pinterest, Bumble, Match Group, the BBC, CNN and The Economist. He also serves on advisory panels for several consumer internet businesses, including as a Non-Executive Director of Kyero. Prior to joining OC&C, Toby worked at the BBC and founded an import/export business. He is a graduate of Oxford University.
