Tariro Mutizwa FCMA, CGMA, MBA is currently Vice President – Africa at AICPA® & CIMA®, together as the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants. Tariro leads the Association’s operations and development in Africa, fuelling the organisation’s growth on the continent and across the world. This includes work to encourage new entrants to the profession, supporting students and members, and partnering with universities, employers, regulators, and governments.

Irene Teng

Irene Teng is Executive Vice President – Global Markets at AICPA & CIMA, leading global teams in market expansion, membership growth, strategic partnerships, and professional development. She champions the CGMA designation and works with employers, regulators, universities, and professional bodies to strengthen the global finance profession.

Since joining CIMA in 2010 as Regional Director for Southeast Asia and Australasia, Irene has played a key role in expanding CIMA’s international presence, including growth across Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar, and Vietnam. Her leadership later expanded to Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa, and Asia, culminating in her appointment as Executive Vice President – Global Markets in 2018.

Irene is passionate about developing future-ready finance professionals, advancing innovation in finance education, and creating opportunities for lifelong professional growth.

Alfred Ramosedi

FCMA, CGMA

President, The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, Co-Chair, Association of International Certified Professional Accountants

Alfred Ramosedi, FCMA, CGMA, was elected as the 93rd CIMA President and 11th Co-Chair of the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants on 24 June 2026.

Alfred is a business leader with over three decades of experience across South Africa’s financial and professional services sector. He began his career at Nedbank Limited in 1995, where he held senior and executive roles over a 15-year period. In 2008, Alfred was appointed Managing Executive of Nedbank Private Bank, before moving to ABSA Bank in 2010 and African Bank in 2012. In 2017, he became CEO of Bayport Financial Services – South Africa, part of a leading financial services company specialising in responsible consumer lending and financial wellness programmes in developing markets.

A long-standing CIMA volunteer, Alfred joined the CIMA Gauteng Branch as Secretary in 1998 and was appointed President of the South Africa Area Committee in 1999. He played a key role in establishing the Southern Africa Regional Board in 2000 and served as its inaugural Chairman from 2002 to 2009.

In 2009, Alfred was co-opted onto CIMA Council and served on the Global Markets, Marketing, and Professional Standards Committees until he stepped down in 2011. In recognition of his leadership and contributions to the Institute, Alfred was awarded the CIMA Silver Medal in 2013.

In 2023, he rejoined CIMA Council and joined the Board of Directors of the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants. He later served as CIMA Deputy President and is currently a member of CIMA’s Appointments Committee and the CGMA Exam Board.

Mark Koziel

Mark Koziel, CPA, CGMA, is President and CEO of the AICPA and CEO of the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants, representing over 600,000 members, candidates, and registrants worldwide. Appointed in October 2024 and effective January 2025, he brings decades of leadership experience, including serving as CEO of Allinial Global and holding senior executive roles at the AICPA. A respected global advocate for the profession, Koziel is recognized for his commitment to innovation, growth, and excellence, and is consistently ranked among the accounting profession’s most influential leaders.

Andrew Harding

Chief Executive – Management Accounting, Association of International Certified Professional Accountants

Andrew Harding, FCMA, CGMA, is Chief Executive – Management Accounting at the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (the Association), the unified voice of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

Andrew leads all management accounting activities for the Association, develops plans and strategies, manages relationships, and delivers results for members. Andrew has a passion for the management accounting and how the Association supports successful businesses and careers across the world. He is also a member of the IFRS Foundation’s Integrated Reporting and Connectivity Council and sits on the UK’s Financial Reporting Council’s Stakeholder Insight Group.

Andrew is a Deloitte alumnus, having started his career in the mid-1980s as a trainee auditor. He progressed into training and development from there, and then began professional body work in 1991. He joined CIMA in 2009, originally as Executive Director for Global Markets, and became Managing Director in 2011– a position he held until 2016. Andrew served as Non-Executive Chairman of GTS Chemicals PLC, a Chinese company listed in London, from 2014 to 2016.

Andrew was born in London. He holds an MBA from Henley Business School at the University of Reading, and a BSc in Economics from the University of Bristol.
