This is a demo event created to help you understand the flow of a Product Enrollment.

If this is your first time owning or managing a product enrollment survey, please use this page as a reference to familiarize yourself with the process.

About this Product Enrollment

This Product Enrollment (built in 2025) comprises of:

  • Diamond Renewal pricing exclusively for Pyramid Global Hospitality properties
  •  Best Diamond rates available through this targeted renewal campaign
  •  Specially negotiated discounts, including:
    •  Passkey
    •  RFP Showcase
  • Additional product offerings bundled as part of the enrollment

Introduction

(Your Company name) and Cvent have collaborated to offer your property a limited time offer to save on your Cvent Diamond Listing Renewal or Upgrade. Choosing a multi-year Diamond Listing option within this product enrollment form will not only yield the lowest possible cost, but will additionally qualify your property to receive 15% off of new purchases and upgrades within select product categories (noted below). Please note that discounts will be calculated after survey submission, and confirmed through a confirmation email before the master agreement is signed by (Your Company Name).

Available Products for purchase, upgrade or renewal include:

• Diamond Listings (discounts for multi-year selections)

• Cvent Event Diagramming

• Cvent Diagramming Full Suite (eligible for 15% discount)

• Group Pipeline Intel (eligible for 15% discount)

• Passkey (eligible for 15% discount)

• RFP Showcase (discounted 50%)

Please be aware that choosing a product and completing the survey is a binding agreement and needs to be filled out by an authorized signatory.

Important Note: All agreements will now align to a 12/31 date when possible, therefore pricing will be prorated to reflect this alignment.  An option to split billing for any single terms over 12 months will be available by opting into split billing on the final page of this online enrollment. Please note some properties may not be able to align to a 12/31 date in this contract cycle.  Those properties will align to a 6/30 date on this agreement.
