COVID-19 PROTOCOL
Recently, the Centers for Disease Control updated the COVID-19 Community Level for the District of Columbia to medium.  As such, the Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) is required to implement a screening process for participants of the 2022 National Crime Victims’ Rights Week Commemorative Events.
