EVENT OVERVIEW

The Lewis & Clark Experience: A New Way Forward is designed for a diverse audience to build a learning team that will benefit from each other's unique perspectives, backgrounds, experiences, and levels of leadership experience. It is for all professionals aspiring to utilize the power of collaboration and diversity to achieve greater results.

Experiential learning moves away from just sitting in a classroom. This program leverages classroom activities with outdoor adventures and time for reflection. Some of the outdoor adventures might include hiking, ropes course, ziplining and aquatic adventures.

This experiential program is held in Stevenson, Washington at Skamania Lodge on the banks of the Columbia River, which Lewis and Clark navigated more than 200 years ago, this program offers you the opportunity to explore what it takes to guide and a team during times of constant change and uncertainty.

Note: If you are a C-Level executive or board member interested in attending a Lewis & Clark Experience program designed exclusively for board members and C-Suite executives we still offer the highly-rated Governance-level version of the program: Leadership Into The Unknown in Great Falls, Montana, click here to learn more.
