What are Minnesota Education Fairs (MEFs)?
MEFs are college fairs held in mid-fall and spring throughout Minnesota at high schools and other venues. They are a result of the collaborative work of MACAC, public and private postsecondary schools, and high schools. College representatives from postsecondary schools throughout the Midwest and other states attend to share information about their educational programs with students and parents.
Early Registration: June 1, 2026 - August 14, 2026 ($950.00)
Late Registration: August 15, 2026 - January 20, 2027 ($1,200.00)
Registration for Fall MEFs will close on August 14, 2026.
Refund Policy:
MACAC will provide a 50% refund, minus a $25.00 processing fee on Early MEF registration or $59.00 processing fee on Late MEF Registration up until August 15th, 2026. After that time no refund will be given. Refunds will only be provided until August 15th in the event that an institution needs to cancel a MEF contract and not attend any of the fairs previously registered for.
