This event will use BlackHorseOne Technology.  Attendees will need to use a laptop or iPad to participate. The use of Smart phones is discouraged. More information, including a practice test that participants are required to complete, will be sent about a week prior to the clinic. 

Priority registration for judges needing a clinic in 2027: August 1- September 1, 2026.
Open to all ‘r’, ‘R’ and ‘S’ Judges, and those currently in a Judge Training Program:
September 2, 2026 – February 14, 2027. 

$385 Early registration: August 1, 2026 - February 6, 2027.
$525 Late registration: February 7, 2027 - February 14, 2027.

Registration closed: February 14, 2027.

Refunds prior to closing will be charged $25 fee, no refunds after closing.
