CSUB NextTech Kern

I understand and agree that all registration fees for NextTech Kern 2026 are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or partial attendance, regardless of the reason. Registrations may be transferred to another individual up to two weeks before the event (by Wednesday, October 14, 2026). To request a transfer, email nexttechkern@csub.edu. Transfer requests received after October 14, 2026 cannot be accommodated.

I have reviewed the terms and conditions under the Event Conduct and Security Policy.

Data/Privacy Notice:

In addition to the ways we collect and use data outlined in the CSU Privacy Notice for registered users, your name, title, organization/institution, email address, postal mailing address, and phone number (as entered in your registration) will be shared with our event sponsors.

Consent to Receive Messages:

By providing your email address, you consent to receive communications from CSUB and Next Tech Kern regarding programs, events, resources, and services. You may withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in these messages or by indicating your communication preferences by emailing nexttechkern@csub.edu.

Photo and Media Acknowledgement:
The NextTech Kern 2026 event will be photographed and recorded for use in California State University, Bakersfield's educational and promotional efforts. By registering for and attending the event, I understand that I am granting CSUB permission to use my image, likeness and/or voice in event recordings and photographs for educational, promotional and informational purposes without compensation.
