Welcome to the registration page for the Better Cotton Initiative Conference 2027, taking place in Marrakech, Morocco, from Monday 25 – Wednesday 27 January 2027. The conference will be co-located with the Programme Partner Meeting, which takes place from Wednesday 27 – Friday 29 January 2027.
Through your personalised account, you can register for the Conference and manage your participation, including updating your personal details and tracking and modifying your programme selections, such as field visits.
Registration Fees
Registration is open for in-person participation only. Tickets include access to the full two-day conference, the Welcome Reception, the Networking Dinner, and the event app to connect with attendees.
We offer a variety of fee structures to accommodate different participant categories, including discounted rates for Civil Society, Academic, and Government participants. Early Bird rates are available until 17 September 2026. From 18 September 2026 to 24 January 2027, Standard fees will apply.
Before you register, please note:
- Your registration will be confirmed once we have received your completed registration form, full payment, and have reviewed your eligibility (if applicable).
- Payment can be made via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) or bank transfer. No other payment methods will be accepted.
- Please refer to the visa information available on the Conference website or links shared during registration to check whether you require a visa, and register as early as possible to allow sufficient processing time. To support your visa application, we can provide an official invitation letter upon request. Please fill in the information requested during registration to obtain the letter.
- The conference will take place at the Savoy Le Grand Hotel Marrakech, a five‑star venue with a contemporary design and a strong sense of Moroccan character. Full venue details and imagery are available on the hotel’s website. For accommodation enquiries at the Savoy Le Grand Hotel Marrakesh, please contact Access Morrocco at bettercotton@weareaccess.ma to arrange your booking.
- It is the responsibility of each attendee to check and comply with the visa requirements for Morocco and to arrange their own travel, accommodation, and insurance, as required.
